I started out as a Viking re-enactor, where I learned a mixture of history and DIY initiative. Over time, I began to craft items to use in and around our living history exhibitions, and that led to selling items. Eventually, I retired from re-enactment life to focus on crafting. Primarily, I work with horn, although I do use leather, wood, iron and pewter too. What inspired you to make this project?
I would say, a general love of history and drinking beer. Seriously, you haven't drank beer until you've drank it from a horn!
